Job Description
Our client, a leading consultancy in the highways sector, is currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled Transport Planners to join their expanding Transport Planning & Infrastructure team in Bristol. As part of a thriving office, you will play a key role in delivering a wide range of transport planning projects for public and private sector clients. This is a permanent opportunity for motivated individuals to contribute to significant growth and development within the sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting site appraisals and site promotion
Preparing transport assessments and statements
Developing travel plans and sustainable mobility strategies
Carrying out junction and network modelling
Engaging in development and infrastructure planning
Data analysis, forecasting, and reporting
Stakeholder engagement and client communication
Job Requirements:
Experience in transport planning within the highways sector
Good interpersonal communication and relationship management skills
Ability to manage and prioritise projects effectively on a day-to-day basis
Motivated and ready to get involved in key projects
Commitment to instilling high standards of work and building strong client relationships
