Birmingham - B33 Area
£30,000 - £34,000
Monday - Friday - 09.00 – 19.00 / 07.00 – 17.00 Weekly Rotation

Key Responsibilities:
Transport Coordination: Efficiently plan and manage transport operations to ensure timely deliveries and optimal routing.
Customer and Service Provider Communication: Engage with customers and service providers via email and telephone, providing clear and effective communication.
Task Management: Prioritize and manage daily tasks effectively, ensuring all responsibilities are handled in a timely manner.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or queries related to transport operations, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Adherence to Procedures: Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all tasks.
Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and efficiency.
Key Requirements:
Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
Teamwork and Independence: Proven ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Trustworthiness: Reliable and responsible in handling confidential information and tasks.
Flexibility: Adaptable to changing priorities and willing to take on new challenges.
Experience: Previous experience in a busy planning environment is preferred but not essential.
UK Knowledge: Familiarity with UK geography and transport routes is advantageous.
