Primary responsibilities
Coordinate with hauliers and 3PL warehouses to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of customer orders
Arrange UK, European, and international shipments using approved carriers
Prepare accurate dispatch and export documentation
Monitor and support key performance indicators such as OTIF
Manage logistics-related complaints and provide customer responses
Raise haulier purchase orders and resolve payment queriesQualifications and Skills
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar transport or logistics planning role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High attention to detail with excellent organisational and analytical abilities
Ability to adapt and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with M3 ERP system is advantageous (training will be provided)
