Hours: Full-time
Are you an experienced transport professional with a passion for operational efficiency and team leadership? We’re looking for a proactive Transport Supervisor to join our growing waste management company and help ensure our fleet runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily transport operations, including driver coordination and route planning
Ensure compliance with transport regulations, health & safety, and company policies
Monitor vehicle performance, maintenance schedules, and fuel usage
Report and manage any incidents, delays, or service issues
Support the Transport Manager with data reporting and operational improvements
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external contractors
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in transport or logistics supervision (waste management preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good working knowledge of transport regulations and fleet compliance
Basic IT skills (email, spreadsheets, transport systems)
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
