Transport Supervisor
Location: Northampton
Salary: £32,000-£37,500 DOE
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday

Description of the role:
As a Transport Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Transport Manager and ensuring the smooth running of overnight operations. You’ll be responsible for:
Supporting the Transport Manager in managing the site’s transport operation.
Ensuring compliance and reporting any issues.
Overseeing the safe delivery of products and accurate paperwork.
Conducting daily driver debriefs and resolving driver-related issues.
Coordinating vehicle breakdowns and liaising with recovery services.
Ensuring daily vehicle checks are completed.
Promoting a safe working environment in line with H&S policies.
Requirements for the role
Previous experience as a Transport Supervisor.
Strong knowledge of driver hours and transport regulations.
Advanced Excel skills and a logical, organised approach.
High standards of productivity and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Approachable, easy-going personality with a team-first mindset.
