PM Transport Supervisor – Northampton
* Salary - £35,100.00
* Monday to Friday
* 14:00 – 22:00

PM Transport Supervisor – Responsibilities
* Daily satisfaction of all customer transport requirements.
* Serving as a key management liaison for customer interactions.
* Optimising the coordination of internal fleet and sub-contractors for maximum cost-effectiveness.
* Leading day-to-day driver management, focusing on team development, training, and operational efficiency.
* Strategic management of suppliers (sub-contractors, agencies, maintenance) to control operational spend.
* Ensuring peak reliability and presentation through regular driver, vehicle, and trailer checks.
* Guaranteeing full adherence to all company internal processes, procedures, and O-License legislative demands.
* Compiling and presenting weekly management information reports.
PM Transport Supervisor - Requirements
* Previous experience supervising in transport operations.
* Strong organisational and planning capabilities.
* A track record of responsible, ethical, and honest conduct.
* A solid understanding of current UK transport operations and legislation.
* Management CPC or a clear commitment to obtaining this qualification (Highly desirable)
* Ideally, practical experience with O-Licence compliance. (Highly Desirable)
* Strong IT proficiency, including familiarity with fleet and transport management software.
* A true team player who can inspire and foster a strong team culture.
* The essential flexibility to adapt quickly and effectively to unexpected challenges
