Temporary to Permanent after 12 successful weeks
Starting on 1st August
£16.82 per hour
Shifts Available:
X 1 Sunday to Thursday – 3.30AM – 12.00PM – Static Shift
X 1 Tuesday to Saturday – 11.30AM – 8.30PM – Static Shift
X1 Thursday, Friday, Saturday – 3.30AM – 12.00PM, Sunday and Monday – 11.30AM – 8.30PM
We are looking for an experienced Transport Team Leaders to oversee daily transport operations and manage a team of drivers within a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic conditions, has strong leadership capabilities, and is committed to ensuring smooth and compliant transport execution.
Job Duties;
Lead daily transport operations and oversee drivers during assigned shifts.
Liaise with planners, dispatch, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
Monitor deliveries ensuring schedules are adhered to.
Support shunting operations and delivery station activities.
Ensure compliance with H&S and transport regulations.
Experience needed;
Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Able to work under pressure and manage operational challenges in real time.
Familiarity with shunting, dispatch, and warehouse processesBefore You Apply
