Travel Administrator/Receptionist required for this charity located in Cambridge City (with parking).
Salary: £25-30,500pa
Permanent role
Working in the office 5 days a week
Your duties:
Booking detailed travel itineraries
Manage any bookings that require amendments or cancellation
Assisting with the booking of travel for large workshops
Assist and advise others re: travel desk matters
Liaise with both national and overseas hotels
Reconciling travel invoices
Answering incoming calls
Distributing mail
Assisting with preparation for meetings and workshops
Welcome visitors
Book taxis
Your skills/experience:
Experience in organising complex travel arrangements
Experience in a customer facing role
