Core Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm (1 hour lunch break)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience

We are excited to announce an opening for a Travel and Sales Coordinator, a crucial role that combines high-level administrative, travel, and sales support. Duties will include:
Coordinate seamless travel for Senior Leadership, Sales, and Service Teams.
Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to Directors, including managing inboxes and calendars.
Maintain and update customer information within the CRM, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Identify and follow up on sales leads, enhancing sales efforts.
Organise internal meetings and improve sales coordination processes.
Operate reception duties when hosting visitors, acting as the professional interface with clients.To succeed in this role, you should be proactive, self-motivated, and possess excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in an office setting, be proficient in MS Office, and confidently handle various tasks while prioritising effectively. Strong communication skills are essential as you'll be building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
