Adventure Travel Consultant
This Youth Adventure Travel Company are looking for a new Travel Consultant to join their fun, friendly team of experts. You will specialise in building multi-component, tailor-made itineraries to worldwide destinations. Competitive salary of 27K-29K dependent upon experience plus monthly bonuses. 25 days holiday + bank holidays. Familiarisation travel, further travel discounts, Pension and Private medical insurance.
Adventure Travel Consultant – Role & Responsibilities:
Tailor-make dream trips for young adults, incorporating multi-stop flight itineraries, accommodation, adventure tours, volunteering projects and more.
Provide the customer with expert advice on routings, destinations and experiences.
Utilise Sabre GDS to book multi-sector flight itineraries.
Work towards and achieve revenue targets.
Adventure Travel Consultant - Skills and Experience Required:
Must have experience of working as a Travel Specialist and booking flights preferably using Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus.
Strong geographical knowledge gained from both selling and personal travelling experience.
Multi-sector fare building knowledge would be an advantage.
Passion for adventure travel.
Experience working to monthly sales targets.
Adventure Travel Consultant – Key Benefits:
Basic salary of £27-29K dependent on experience, plus structured bonus scheme.
Mon 9-5, Tue-Thu (9-5 or 10-6), Sat 10-4 approx. 1 Sat per month.
Office-based in fun Bristol Office
Fam trips / discounted travel
Private medical insurance
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
