Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic and results driven Marketing Executive to join a fast-growing travel organisation in the Leeds area.
The successful candidate will assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.
Our client is looking for those with a passion for marketing, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position with working hours from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with 4 days in the office and one from home.

Role of Travel Marketing Executive:
* Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and traditional).
* Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
* Manage social media platforms and help create engaging content to grow online presence.
* Support in organizing promotional events and product exhibitions.
* Assist with the design and content teams to produce marketing materials (brochures, emails, ads, etc.).
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts using key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Maintain and update the company’s mailing databases.
* Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners as needed.
* Stay up to date with marketing trends, tools, and best practice
Skills required for the role:
* 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role (internship or entry-level roles included).
* Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, etc.).
* Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and project management abilities.
* Creative mindset with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
