Travel Sales Advisor – £32,000 Starting Salary | Hybrid | UK & US Shifts | Career Growth
Looking for a role that blends customer connection, sales success, and flexible working? A well-established organisation is hiring a Travel Sales Advisor to join its' high-performing team. This full-time, permanent position offers a hybrid schedule, varied shift patterns, and a starting salary of £32,000, rising to £34,000 after probation.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Turning warm inbound and outbound enquiries into confirmed bookings
* Creating memorable customer experiences through friendly, professional conversations
* Guiding clients through the booking process both in person and over the phone
* Promoting premium upgrades and add-ons to enhance every sale
* Supporting seasonal promotions like early booking and low deposit offers
* Sharing ideas to improve team performance and reporting system issues when needed
What You’ll Bring
* Proven success in a fast-paced sales conversion role and customer service environment
* Confidence and warmth on the phone, especially with inbound sales calls
* Sharp attention to detail and strong IT skills (Windows, Office, Outlook)
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, enthusiastic attitude
Your Schedule
* Week 1: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm (office-based)
* Week 2: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm–10:30pm (work from home)
* Two weekend shifts per month: Saturday & Sunday, 9:00am–5:00pm
* Location: York-based office with hybrid flexibility
