Travel Sales Support Executive, London,
As a Travel Sales Support Executive you will be central to the smooth running of the department and be expected to provide a broad range of ticketing support activities. It's fast paced and need candidates with Galileo experience in this Central London location with a Hybrid set up. Paying up to £37K.
Travel Sales Support Executive Responsibilities:
Ticketing, Issuing / Reissuing / Refunds tickets in Galileo
Run and manage reports
Issuing clients documentation i.e. car vouchers, transfers, excursions, cruise etc
Dispatch schedule change documentation
Resolve in-house booking queries
Quality Control - Sense check bookings
Brochure Reports including dispatch and returns
Work closely with the operations, ground and product department
Deal with agents on post booking queries and some direct clients
Travel Sales Support Executive Requirements:
Excellent working knowledge of Galileo
Ticketing experience required
A strong work ethic and willingness to go “above and beyond”
Ability to work with a team and cooperate with others to achieve team objectives.
Thrive working within a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and customer service with strong communication skills
Travel sales support Executive extra Info:
Paying up to £37K depending on experience.
Working Mon – Fri 09.00 -17.30 for 2 weeks and 1 week 10.00 - 18.30 and Sat 10am – 16.00 ( working 1 in 3)
Hybrid available working 3 days in the office and 2 remote with their offices in central London
