Job Description
Are you ACCA / CIMA qualified (or nearly there) with experience in manufacturing finance?

About You
* Experienced Treasury / Financial Accountant with manufacturing experience
* Fully qualified ACCA / CIMA (or finalist)
* Confident leading a small team (you’ll manage a small team of two)
* Creative, forward‑thinking and process‑improvement focused
* Comfortable presenting to all levels of the business
* Strong exposure to audit, compliance, controls and reporting
* ERP‑savvy and adaptable
* Happy working on‑site full‑time
About the Role
* Report directly to the Finance Director
* Oversee AP, AR and General Ledger
* Own monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
* Manage journals, reconciliations, balance sheet controls and month/year‑end
* Lead on tax, audit, compliance, cashflow and treasury
* Present updates and be the finance voice across the site
* Develop and manage a small team of two
* Shape processes as the business continues to grow
* On-site 5 days a week with early finish every Friday
