The role:
We are seeking a proactive and Treasury Associate to join a small, collaborative team responsible for managing money market operations, including time deposit settlements and trade confirmations.
Responsibilities:
Manage settlements of money market trades, primarily deposits
Handle incoming and outgoing trade confirmations
Identify and resolve confirmation discrepancies
Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing
Support cross-training and knowledge transfer within the team
Maintain high standards during month-end and other high-pressure periods
Requirements:
Experience working within a financial services environment
Strong understanding of money market products and settlement processes
Experience in confirmation matching
Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
