Treatment Coordinator - Mixed Dental Practice (Eltham Area)
We are seeking a professional, organised, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our friendly mixed dental practice in the Eltham area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
About the Practice
Our modern dental practice offers a comprehensive range of high-quality treatments, including general and preventative dentistry, cosmetic procedures such as whitening and composite bonding, orthodontic treatments including Invisalign, and advanced restorative options such as dental implants.
We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional clinical standards and a welcoming, supportive environment for both patients and staff.
About the Role
As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey, ensuring they feel supported and well-informed at every stage.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting consultations and discussing treatment plans with patients
Providing detailed information on treatment options, processes, and costs
Coordinating appointments and liaising effectively with clinicians
Managing follow-ups and maintaining accurate patient records
Supporting the wider dental team to ensure an outstanding patient experience
Working Pattern
4 days per week and every Saturday
1 late evening per week
About You
Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Dental Receptionist or Dental Nurse
Experience using SOE (Exact) dental software is an advantage
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A professional, friendly, and patient-centred approach
GDC registration is advantageous
