Job Description
MANE are currently looking for Aerospace Trimmers for a world leading Aerospace Interiors company based in Bedfordshire.
Responsibilities:
Perform precision trimming and fitting of aerospace components to uphold superior quality standards.
Expertise in removing and recovering leather & laminate Panels.
Utilize adeptness in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications for precise execution of trimming tasks.
Modify and shape parts proficiently using hand and power tools.
Collaborate closely with engineers and team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues encountered during the trimming process.
Conduct regular quality checks to sustain product integrity, promptly identifying and rectifying any defects or inconsistencies.
Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and guidelines, ensuring a secure working environment for oneself and colleagues.Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrable experience in trimming or a related field, preferably within the aerospace industry.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
Superior manual dexterity and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision in trimming results.
Familiarity with a variety of hand and power tools commonly used in trimming tasks.
Strong problem-solving abilities and adeptness in collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Proactive approach, with excellent task prioritization and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
Willingness to embrace learning opportunities and adapt to new )techniques and methodologies as required.
Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Friday: 7:00 am to 12:00 pmBefore You Apply
