Job Description
Truck Tyre Technician – Penrith
Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: £32,967 basic + bonus + call-out bonus+ overtime available
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm, Saturdays 8:30am – 1:00pm
A well-established and growing automotive business is seeking experienced Truck Tyre Technicians to join their teams in Penrith. This is a great opportunity to join a busy, supportive environment with strong earning potential and career development.
Truck Tyre Technician Role
Carry out tyre fitting, repairs, and maintenance on commercial vehicles
Attend roadside callouts as required
Work safely and in line with all health & safety regulations
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard
Accurately complete job records and documentation
Identify and report additional faults where necessary
Deliver excellent customer service at all timesTruck Tyre Technician Requirements
Previous experience as a commercial or agricultural tyre fitter / mechanic
REACT licence is essential
Additional qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent) are advantageous
Experience working within a professional workshop environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and develop skills
Full UK Driving LicenceSalary & Benefits
