Hamilton Barber are thrilled to be recruiting for the position of Trusts & Foundations Fundraising Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected charity delivering services to individuals and families in the community. The charity is seeking a talented and proactive Trusts & Foundations Fundraising Manager to lead on generating income from charitable trusts, foundations, and grant-making bodies. This vital role will play a central part in enabling the organisation to grow its services and sustain its long-term ambitions. The Role You will be responsible for shaping and delivering a trusts and foundations strategy that supports both core services and future expansion. Collaborating with colleagues across the organisation, you will craft compelling, evidence-led applications and reports that inspire funders and demonstrate impact. You will also manage a pipeline of funders, foster long-term relationships, and contribute to strategic fundraising initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Lead the development and execution of the trusts and foundations fundraising strategy. * Proactively identify and cultivate new funding opportunities. * Write high-quality applications, reports, and stewardship materials. * Build strong internal relationships to develop costed project proposals. About You We’re looking for an experienced and confident fundraiser with a proven ability to secure significant grants from charitable funders. You’ll be highly organised, an excellent communicator, and driven to make a meaningful difference. Essential Skills & Experience * Strong experience in writing proposals and reporting on impact. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Skilled in managing multiple projects and deadlines. * Proficiency with CRM systems (ideally Beacon or similar).
