Hamilton Barber are thrilled to be recruiting for the position of Trusts & Foundations Fundraising Manager.

The charity is seeking a talented and proactive Trusts & Foundations Fundraising Manager to lead on generating income from charitable trusts, foundations, and grant-making bodies. This vital role will play a central part in enabling the organisation to grow its services and sustain its long-term ambitions.
The Role
You will be responsible for shaping and delivering a trusts and foundations strategy that supports both core services and future expansion. Collaborating with colleagues across the organisation, you will craft compelling, evidence-led applications and reports that inspire funders and demonstrate impact. You will also manage a pipeline of funders, foster long-term relationships, and contribute to strategic fundraising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the trusts and foundations fundraising strategy.

Proactively identify and cultivate new funding opportunities.

Write high-quality applications, reports, and stewardship materials.
*
Build strong internal relationships to develop costed project proposals.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced and confident fundraiser with a proven ability to secure significant grants from charitable funders. You’ll be highly organised, an excellent communicator, and driven to make a meaningful difference. Essential Skills & Experience

Strong experience in writing proposals and reporting on impact.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skilled in managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Proficiency with CRM systems (ideally Beacon or similar).
