Job Title: Tutor/Assessor - Close Protection, Spectator Safety, Door Supervisor
Location: Bristol - Must be flexible with travel
Salary: circa £29,000
Type: Full Time, 9-month FTC (Hours to be discussed with your Recruiter)
Essential Criteria for all candidates:
Must hold a minimum of 2 of the following qualifications: Level 3 Conflict Management; Level 3 Close Protection and/or Level 3 Spectator Safety.
Must hold either an Assessors award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) AND/OR a Level 3 Teaching qualification.
Experience of delivering accredited courses is desirable.
Happy to deliver training in-person and online.
Hold solid occupational experience within Close Protection.
Driving licence and a vehicle - candidate must be flexible with travel.Duties:
Manage a caseload of learners working towards qualifications in Close Protection, Spectator Safety and Door Supervisor - up to Level 3.
Deliver engaging training and support learners through their qualifications.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.Personal Skills:
Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learner.Please note:
