What You'll Do

Deliver 1:1 or small-group tuition tailored to each learner's needs

Encourage confidence, independence and academic progress

Work flexibly, with opportunities for both online and local in-person tuition

We're Looking For People With:

Experience in education or supporting young people (any setting welcomed)

A strong understanding of how to adapt learning to different abilities

Patience, empathy and a nurturing approach

Good communication and organisational skills

A genuine desire to help learners thrive through personalised support
