Are you passionate about helping people launch new careers in recruitment and HR?
Do you have experience delivering training and supporting learners to achieve their qualifications?
Quack Recruitment & Training is looking for a confident and engaging Recruitment Tutor to deliver our fully funded Recruitment Skills Bootcamp in partnership with South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA).
You’ll be responsible for guiding learners through the Highfield Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Recruitment (RQF) over a 4-week programme, supporting them into meaningful employment.
Responsibilities for the Recruitment Tutor role will be:

Deliver structured, face-to-face training aligned to the qualification specification.

Facilitate engaging sessions on sales, compliance, recruitment operations, and candidate care.
*
Support learners to build a portfolio of evidence—no exams involved.
*
Track learner attendance, engagement, and progression against key milestones.
*
Adapt delivery to support a range of learner needs and backgrounds.
*
Liaise with the wraparound and compliance team to ensure all Bootcamp evidence is complete.
*
Promote professional behaviours, punctuality, and industry expectations.
*
Encourage confidence, job readiness, and progression into employment.
*
Complete ILPs, attendance registers, and session evaluations in line with funding rules.
*
Use PowerPoint, learner handbooks, and digital systems (Vault, LMS) to support delivery.
*
Provide feedback and coaching to learners to support qualification achievement.
*
Ensure quality and compliance standards are met, including Ofsted readiness.
Requirements for the Recruitment Tutor role will be:
*
Experience in the recruitment industry (e.g., 360 consultant, resourcer, internal recruiter, compliance).
*
Hold a recognised assessing qualification (e.g., CAVA, A1, or equivalent).
*
A teaching qualification (AET, PTLLS, or higher) is desirable but not essential.
*
Strong communication and group facilitation skills.
*
Confident using PowerPoint and digital learning platforms.
*
Organised and able to manage a classroom environment effectively.
*
Experience supporting adult learners or delivering employability programmes is a plus.
*
A learner-centred, positive, and supportive approach to teaching.
Pay for the Recruitment Tutor role will be: £30,000 - £32,000 PA
Contract Type: Freelance or Fixed-Term
Schedule: August 2025 Start – Full-time for 4 weeks per cohort
