Tyre Centre Manager in Newbury
An experienced Tyre Manager / Garage or Fast Fit Manager is required by an independent motor aftersales employer in Newbury.
A business with a fantastic reputation and a broad customer base from high end retail and fleet support.
* Salary up to £44,000
* Bonus making an OTE of £55,000 plus
* Tyres / Brakes
* Stable, established local employer
* 5 days per week
* Leading a team of 9
A customer service champion, the Tyre Manager or Centre Manager will be able to deliver the very best customer experience both directly and through the actions of all of the team
The Tyre Manager or Centre Manager will have a mechanical background and experience of managing an effective team within the automotive or motor trade Service, Maintenance and Repair sector. Experience in a dealer, a vehicle fast fit tyre/brake/exhaust centre, or larger independent garage is of particular interest.
The Tyre Manager or Centre Manager will be joining a well known local business with a reputation for great service and good value. Now part of a smaller national group the business is well funded and supported by a great head office team.
