Are you passionate about Cisco Unified Communications and love helping clients solve complex collaboration challenges? Our client – a highly respected Cisco Gold Partner – is seeking a dynamic and technically astute Pre-Sales Consultant to drive customer engagement and support sales activities focused on Webex, CUCM, and the broader Cisco UC portfolio.
🔍 About the Role
As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in the sales cycle – working closely with Account Managers and technical teams to understand client requirements, design tailored solutions, and present compelling proposals that demonstrate real business value.
You'll be the trusted advisor for clients looking to modernise and optimise their communications infrastructure, particularly around Cisco Webex and CUCM, both on-prem and in the cloud.
🎯 Key Responsibilities

Lead pre-sales engagements for Cisco Unified Communications, especially Webex and CUCM.
*
Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and technical requirements.
*
Design and present end-to-end UC solutions, both cloud and on-premises.
*
Produce high-quality proposals, solution overviews, and BoMs.
*
Support RFI/RFP responses and tender documentation.
*
Stay current with Cisco’s UC portfolio developments and licensing models.
*
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover.
Requirements
*
Proven experience in a Pre-Sales or UC Consultancy role within a Cisco partner or enterprise environment.
*
Deep knowledge of Cisco Webex, CUCM, and associated UC technologies (Unity, UCCX, Expressway, etc).
*
Strong understanding of cloud collaboration, hybrid architectures, and Cisco licensing.
*
Excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
*
Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNP Collaboration) are highly desirable.
