Senior UI/UX Designer - Create Experiences That Matter

What you'll be doing:
Leading the design of cloud-based web applications with a focus on usability and accessibility
Advocating for user needs and inclusive design principles
Working closely with the Lead Front End Developer to bring ideas to life
Helping shape design systems, research approaches, and product strategy
Contributing to organisation-wide digital transformation initiativesWhat you'll bring:
Solid experience in UI/UX or digital product design
Expertise with tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe Creative Suite
A strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems
A collaborative mindset and the ability to mentor and inspire othersThe details:
Location: Hybrid role based out of Newcastle
Salary: Up to £55,000, depending on experience + Excellent benefit package
