Salary: £34,000 + discretionary bonus
Hybrid Working: 1 day per month in the office.

A highly respected professional services organisation is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join their growing UK payroll team. With multiple office locations available, you’ll have the flexibility to be based where it suits you best, while enjoying a hybrid working model.
The Role
As a Payroll Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering end-to-end payroll services for a portfolio of clients. You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance, driving process improvements, managing client relationships, and supporting the development of the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full payroll cycle for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal SLAs
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact for payroll-related queries
Supervise payroll processing activities and support team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Monitor and improve workflows using internal payroll systems and Bureau Management tools
Lead payroll implementations for new clients and manage the end-to-end onboarding process
Contribute to ongoing team development, identifying training needs and supporting coaching efforts
Ensure all employee and employer enquiries are resolved efficiently, escalating when appropriate
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pension administration and relevant payroll legislation
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of client payroll experience (ideally within a bureau or outsourced environment)
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Confident working independently and as part of a team
Comfortable supervising or guiding team members and contributing to their development
