UK Sales Director, SaaS Sales, £85,000 Basic, £150,000 OTE. Hybrid role (3 days per wee in HQ in Newcastle). A hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach to managing a multifaceted team of 24.
The ability to be a strategic sales leader who drives sales and improves systems and processes to maximise efficiency and sales impact.
A proven ability to scale a technology business, evidenced by your CV showcasing significant growth in a SaaS business.
Excellence in coaching, developing, and motivating teams, with the empathy and strength to guide people through organisational change, especially within an established and long-serving team.
