This is a highly unique SEN TA opportunity for the right candidate. YOUR ROLE As a special needs teaching assistant, you'll be: Supporting pupils with disability requirements through tailored learning approaches in our special needs setting Working as a dedicated teaching assistant across primary and secondary classes, building positive relationships with pupils who have disability challenges Providing essential personal care support whilst maintaining dignity for pupils with special needs Collaborating with special needs teachers to create inclusive learning experiences for pupils with varying disability levels Assisting with daily routines and specialised equipment as a committed teaching assistant in our special needs school Recording detailed observations of pupil progress within our disability-focused educational framework Supporting behaviour management strategies tailored to individual special needs requirementsEXCEPTIONAL BENEFITS PACKAGE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING (typically costs £700+ per course): Tube feeding training - specialised medical support techniques Epilepsy management training - critical emergency response skills Hoisting training - safe mobility assistance for pupils with disability BSL (British Sign Language) training - every Monday for hearing & visual impaired classes Plus extensive additional certifications depending on your special needs placement Unique opportunity for career advancement - develop specialised teaching assistant expertise on the job!IDEAL CANDIDATE We seek bubbly, outgoing individuals passionate about making a difference who demonstrate willingness to learn within special needs education.
