Location: Watton, Norfolk
Salary: £32,000 per Annum

As Unit Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Home Manager to ensure the home runs smoothly every day. You'll inspire and guide a dedicated team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care that truly makes a difference in the lives of their residents.
Reports to: Home Manager
Proven experience as a Unit Manager / Team Leader or in a senior care leadership role
A strong understanding of CQC standards and the drive to help achieve an 'Outstanding' rating
Fantastic communication skills and the ability to build great relationships with residents, families, colleagues, and external professionals
A natural leader and mentor who loves bringing out the best in others
A hands-on approach with a genuine passion for person-centred care
Positivity, enthusiasm, and the confidence to help our service grow and evolveQualifications
You'll hold, or be working towards, an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)Benefits:
