Are you an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant or HLTA ready to step into a lead role? Do you have a passion for inclusive education and a flair for creativity?
SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be working with a truly unique Creative Academy in North West London, offering an incredible opportunity for an unqualified SEND teacher or an experienced SEND HLTA to lead a small, specialist SEND class from September 2025.

Working closely with SENCOs, therapists and a dedicated support team.
Fostering independence, confidence and joy in learning.

An unqualified teacher or HLTA with strong SEND experience and excellent behaviour management.
