The Role
SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a range of specialist and mainstream schools across London with dedicated SEND bases and resource provisions. These schools are seeking Unqualified SEND Teachers to join their staff teams.
This is the perfect opportunity for graduates, teaching assistants, or career changers passionate about making a difference in Special Educational Needs (SEND). With exceptional training, mentoring and structured support, this role provides a genuine pathway into a long-term career in SEND teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver structured learning to small groups or on a 1:1 basis
Work towards EHCP targets and personalised support plans
Collaborate with SENCOs, therapists, and specialist support staff
Receive training and coaching from experienced SEND professionals
Progress towards QTS if that is your career goal
