GSL Education are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Unqualified Teachers to work on a day-to-day basis at a welcoming school in the Leicestershire area. Responsibilities of an Unqualified Teacher:
Deliver pre-set lessons across a variety of subjects at the secondary level.
Support students in their learning and maintain a positive classroom environment.
Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and student needs.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and professionally.
Provide feedback to teaching staff on student engagement and lesson outcomes.
Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure continuity in learning.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have a genuine interest in education and working with young people.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Be confident, proactive, and adaptable in a classroom setting.
Demonstrate good behaviour management and organisational skills.
Be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check (or have one registered on the Update Service).
Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
