About the Role
We’re seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, and motivated individuals to join our supportive school teams across Cardiff.
You’ll work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral leaders to support students’ emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and learning, ensuring every young person has the chance to thrive.

Your Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 or small group support for students aged 4–18 with emotional, behavioural, or learning needs.
Assist in implementing behaviour support plans and positive behaviour strategies.
Encourage focus, motivation, and emotional regulation in and out of the classroom.
Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
Collaborate with staff and parents to support pupil progress.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience with psychology, behaviour, SEBD, youth work, support work, police, prison, school, army, cadet, teaching assistant or sports (football, rugby, boxing, coaching).
Interest in child development, mental health, or education.
Excellent communication, empathy, and adaptability.
Experience with children or young people is a bonus—but full training is provided.
