Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking confident, enthusiastic, and proactive individuals to work as Unqualified Teachers in schools across the Wellingborough area. About the Role:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
Support students' learning and engagement.
Work closely with teaching staff and senior leadership to ensure high-quality education delivery.
Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all learners.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
Has experience working with young people in any capacity (e.g. school, coaching, tutoring, youth work).
Is confident, reliable, and able to take initiative.
Can build positive relationships with students and staff.
Is looking to develop their skills and possibly progress into a teaching career.
Holds a degree or relevant experience (preferred, but not essential).
