Resilient – able to maintain a positive, consistent presence even when the day gets tough
Empowering – focused on helping pupils build confidence, independence, and self-worth
Team-oriented – ready to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff
Committed – passionate about inclusion, safeguarding, and long-term impact
Experience working with children or young people with additional needs is desirable, but not essential—we value transferable skills from care, youth work, sports coaching, and other people-focused roles.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups across a range of subjects and activities
