Working Hours: Mon, Tues, Thurs: 8:45am - 4:00pm, Wed, Fri: 8:45am - 3:30pm

Provide general support in the classroom under the guidance of the teacher
Work closely with small groups of pupils to reinforce learning
Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment
Support children during lessons, break times, and school outings
Assist in preparing learning materials and maintaining the classroom
Encourage positive behaviour and emotional well-being
Drive the school van or your own vehicle for school activities when requiredWhat We're Looking For:
Enthusiasm for working with children and helping them grow
Previous experience with children or young people (paid or voluntary)
Willingness to learn and undertake training on the job
Good communication and teamwork skills
GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred
