Experienced Upholsterers – Bristol
£15.00 – £20.00 per hour | Full-time, Permanent | Monday to Friday
Poolhall Recruitment is proud to be working with some of Bristol’s most prestigious Upholstery clients who are expanding their teams. We are seeking skilled Upholsterers with proven experience in the furniture industry to join established workshops creating high-end bespoke pieces.
What We’re Offering:

💰 Market-leading hourly pay: £15.00 – £20.00 (based on experience)
*
🕗 Standard working hours: 08:00 – 16:00, Monday to Friday
*
🎁 Bonus Scheme
*
✅ Permanent contract with 40 guaranteed hours per week
*
💼 Full-time role – no weekends!
*
🚗 Free on-site parking
*
🏥 Company pension, sick pay, additional leave
Key Responsibilities:
*
Fabricate and repair a wide range of upholstered furniture
*
Operate power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials
*
Work from start to finish on bespoke furniture projects using various fabrics
*
Lift and manoeuvre furniture components as needed
*
Sew fabrics and complete detailed upholstery finishes
*
Follow workshop specifications to ensure high standards of craftsmanship
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*
Minimum 2 years’ experience in upholstery (essential)
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*
Competence using upholstery hand and power tools
*
A keen eye for detail and quality workmanship
*
Ability to commute to or relocate to Bristol before starting work
