The Company:
Unique Window Systems Ltd is one of the UK’s fastest-growing manufacturers of premium fenestration solutions, including UPVC and aluminium windows, doors, curtain walling, and screening systems. Known for innovation, quality, and customer focus, they’re expanding their production team and looking for skilled Fabricators to be part of their exciting journey in Leicester.
Role & Responsibilities of the UPVC and Aluminium Fabricator:
* Working with UPVC and aluminium to measure, cut, and drill components for bespoke window and door systems.
* Assembling frames, installing seals, locks, hinges, handles, and other fittings.
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings to bring designs to life.
* Operating CNC machinery and a range of tools to deliver precision fabrication.
* Carrying out quality checks so every product meets our high standards.
* Updating the production schedule via barcode scanning.
* Championing health & safety and contributing to a positive, efficient workplace.
About You as the UPVC and Aluminium Fabricator:
* Previous experience in UPVC/aluminium fabrication or a related trade.
* Strong understanding of fenestration products and their parts.
* Confident interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
* Hands-on skills with power tools and CNC machinery.
* High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
* A team player with good communication skills.
* Fit, reliable, and adaptable to different projects.
* Awareness of health & safety in a production environment.
