Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £50,000 Basic + OTE up to £100,000
Company car included, Pension scheme
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, 5 days including weekends

We're after a driven, hands-on General Manager to own our Wolverhampton branch. You'll be the engine behind sales, operations, and killer customer service in a busy, high-volume environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
Own the branch's success - sales, profit, and customer happiness all on your watch
Inspire and lead your sales and ops teams to hit and beat targets
Drive revenue growth and push profit margins
Craft smart local strategies that boost performance
Keep stock looking sharp and manage inventory like a pro
Use KPIs to steer smart decisions and improve results
Raise the bar on customer service and aftersales support

Must haves:
5+ years' senior management experience in automotive sales
Track record of success in busy dealerships or car supermarkets
