Franchised Motor Dealership - Preston

We're delighted to be working with an award-winning dealership group as they look to appoint an experienced Used Car Sales Manager for their incredible site in Preston.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven sales leader to take on a pivotal role within a well established, family owned business that is continuing to grow and invest.

Salary & Package:

Basic salary: £35,000 per annum

Realistic OTE: £67,000 per annum

Our client is seeking a motivated and commercially focused Sales Manager with:

Previous experience managing a franchised dealership sales department

A strong track record of delivering results in a competitive environment

Excellent leadership and communication skills

A customer-focused approach aligned with brand standards
