A leading surveying consultancy is seeking an experienced Intermediate Utility Surveyor to join their expanding team in the East Midlands and Cambridgeshire region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled surveyor looking to take the next step in their career, working on a variety of infrastructure and construction projects across the region.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct utility detection surveys using EML and GPR techniques
* Interpret PAS 128 survey specifications and deliver accurate results
* Produce detailed survey reports and CAD drawings
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
* Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and site protocols
🎯 Candidate Requirements:
* 2–4 years’ experience in utility surveying
* Proficient in EML and GPR equipment
* Familiarity with PAS 128 standards
* Strong CAD skills (AutoCAD or similar)
* Full UK driving licence
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
