My client are looking for a strategic and creative UX Product Marketing Manager to shape the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and ensure exceptional user experiences across their Platform suite (Hub, Studio, Portal). You’ll be the link between product, marketing, and customer experience, making sure their digital products are intuitive, engaging, and commercially successful.

Location: Remote (with occasional UK travel)
Duration: 6 months initially

What You’ll Do
Product Marketing Strategy
Drive and support GTM plans for Vision Hub, Studio, and Portal.
Refine value propositions based on customer needs, pain points, and market positioning.
Align messaging with commercial goals in partnership with product and sales teams.
User Experience & Research
Lead UX research to design, validate, and improve user journeys.
Define the full end-to-end experience from the customer’s perspective.
Turn insights into practical recommendations for product and marketing teams.
Structure content and features logically for easy navigation.
Maintain a consistent experience across web, mobile, and app.
Build feedback loops to ensure customer-led product evolution.
Content & Campaign Development
Create engaging marketing assets - demos, landing pages, sales materials.
Collaborate with global marcoms to localise messaging and support regional launches.
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner across product, marketing, engineering, sales, legal, and operations.
Share findings and strategies at key points in the product lifecycle.
What You Bring
5+ years in product marketing, UX strategy, or digital product management.
Proven success launching B2B digital platforms or SaaS products.
Strong grasp of agile methods, user story mapping, and SDLC.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with tools like Figma, Confluence, Miro, and Smartsheet.
Nice to Have
Experience in industrial technology sectors.
Expertise in managing customer feedback cycles and prototype testing.
A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
