Depending on the project, this could include designing detailed interactions for physical devices, onboarding experiences, new consumer products or emerging AI-enabled interfaces. You'll work closely with UX/UI leads and an established team of designers, with opportunities to contribute directly to client discussions. We're looking for Around 3-5+ years' experience in UX or Product Design Strong interaction design and user-flow skills Advanced working knowledge of Figma and FigJam for UX design, prototyping, flows and collaborative workshops Familiarity with tools such as Miro for collaborative ideation, journey mapping and workshops Ability to take complex problems and turn them into clear, intuitive experiences Strong wireframing, prototyping and visual communication skills Confidence exploring different approaches and presenting design thinking clearly Experience taking work from early concepts through to detailed design An interest in, and experience with making considerations for Accessibility. Ideally with some knowledge of the WCAG 2.2 guidelines. Comfortable working collaboratively within a fast-moving design environmentExperience designing for physical products, embedded interfaces, consumer electronics, MedTech, healthcare or connected devices would be particularly interesting, but isn't essential. Knowledge of accessible and inclusive design is also beneficial, particularly for work involving healthcare and medical products. We're less concerned with specific industry backgrounds than strong design fundamentals, curiosity and evidence that you can tackle new and unfamiliar problems. To be considered for this role, you will need to provide a link to a strong portfolio demonstrating your UX process and decision-making experience
