Job: UX/UI Designer
Location: North Manchester - Hybrid
Salary: £46,000 - £51,000
Package: 33 Holidays + Parking + Gym
Roc Search is partnered with a growing organisation which is looking for a driven and experienced UX/UI Designer to improve internal and customer-facing systems, transforming complex workflows into intuitive, user-centered interfaces.
This is a hands-on role which provides the opportunity to work across both UX and UI design as part of a growing tech

Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to improve products
Refine existing applications for usability and consistency
Contribute to and maintain a design system with accessible, reusable components
Develop interactive prototypes, gather feedback, and iterate designs
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementationRequirements:
UX/UI experience with a portfolio of complex systems or dashboards
Skilled in Figma and comfortable using AI design tools
Experience with operational tools, SaaS platforms, or data-heavy interfaces
Knowledge of accessibility standards and Agile methods
