Job Description
A highly respected UK property consultancy with a reputation for excellence, innovation, and a supportive workplace culture is looking for a qualified, RICS-registered Valuation Surveyor to join the team. Along with a salary of up to £55,000 per annum (depending on experience), you will also receive:

What you’ll be doing as Valuation Surveyor?
Working from the Shrewsbury office, you’ll undertake valuations across a diverse portfolio of rural assets, including farms, estates, diversified holdings, and natural capital projects.
This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to work alongside a national network of experienced valuers. Applications are also welcome from candidates with specialist or sector-focused experience looking to transition into the rural sector.
What we’re looking for in a Valuation Surveyor:
MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer
Post-qualification experience
Strong organisational and client relationship skills
Capable of managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality work
Proactive, professional, and collaborative approach
Full UK driving licence
