 A respected South West commercial property consultancy is looking to appoint a talented Chartered Valuation Surveyor to join its impressive Plymouth office.

 The Role

 Covering primarily Devon, with instructions also extending into Cornwall and occasionally Somerset and Dorset, you’ll deliver a varied range of Red Book compliant valuations across:
  
Commercial property 
Residential assets 
Development land  Instructions will include:
  
Loan security valuations 
Pension fund valuations 
Private client work 
Statutory valuations  This is a role offering real variety and professional challenge, where you’ll operate with autonomy while being supported by a respected regional brand and experienced team.
 
About You

 You will be:
  
MRICS or FRICS qualified 
A RICS Registered Valuer 
Bringing 3+ years’ post-qualification valuation experience in commercial or general practice 
Confident delivering Red Book compliant valuations to a high professional standard  Beyond technical ability, you’ll value strong client relationships, attention to detail and the personal service that defines boutique consultancy.
 A full UK driving licence is required. Part-time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
