Interim Valuation Surveyor– East London – £62.58 per hour (Umbrella)
A Local Authority in East London is seeking an Interim Valuation Surveyor to support its property team.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an MRICS Registered Valuer to carry out Right to Buy surveys, acquisition valuations, and prepare audit packs. You will provide accurate, compliant valuation services in line with RICS standards and local authority requirements.
Requirements:
MRICS Registered Valuer (essential).
Experience in Right to Buy valuations (preferred).
Strong background in acquisitions and audit valuation work.
