Start Times: Between 05:00 – 07:00 AM
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

M4 Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and physically fit Van Drivers based in Avonmouth. This role involves multi-drop delivery work and is ideal for experienced drivers looking for flexible shifts and a dynamic working environment.
Role Overview
As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of food products to a range of clients, including retail stores, restaurants, and independent wholesalers. The position requires a high level of physical fitness due to regular manual handling of cages and up to 15 deliveries per shift.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete multi-drop deliveries in a timely and professional manner
* Load and unload cages manually
* Ensure all goods are handled and transported safely
* Maintain excellent customer service standards on delivery
* Complete relevant paperwork and use handheld devices where required
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum age 23 (for insurance purposes)
* Full UK driving licence (Category B) held for at least 2 years
* Proven experience in multi-drop or commercial driving
* Good knowledge of local and regional routes
* Physically fit and able to handle manual work
* Strong time management and communication skills
