Job Title: Van Driver / Warehouse Operative
Location: East Midlands Airport (EMA)
Pay Rate: £12.21 – £12.50 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 11:00am – 8:00pm

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Van Drivers / Warehouse Operatives to join our growing logistics team based near East Midlands Airport. This is a dual-role position involving both driving and warehouse duties — ideal for individuals who enjoy variety, teamwork, and a fast-paced working environment.
Key Responsibilities

Safely load, unload, and move parcels and freight within the warehouse.

Carry out local deliveries using company vans (typically within the regional area).

Ensure all consignments are accurately labelled and documented.

Conduct basic vehicle checks and promptly report any faults or issues.
*
Adhere to company health and safety procedures at all times.
*
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
Requirements
*
Full UK driving licence (maximum of 6 penalty points; no major endorsements).
*
Previous experience in warehouse, parcel delivery, or logistics work preferred (training provided).

Strong attention to detail, good time management, and a positive work ethic.

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment.
