Van Driver – Huyton (L35)
£12.21 per hour PAYE / £13.68 per hour including holiday pay
Start Time: 07:00–08:00 | Monday–Friday | Ongoing Work

CareerMakers Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Van Drivers (Category B) to join our client based in Huyton (L35). This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and motivated drivers looking for ongoing, consistent work with a well-established logistics company.

Key Details

  * Location: Huyton (L35)

  * Start Time: 07:00–08:00

  * Pay Rate: £12.21 PAYE or £13.68 per hour including holiday pay

  * Days: Monday to Friday (weekend shifts may also be available)

  * Job Type: Ongoing work with potential for long-term or temp-to-perm opportunities

Duties & Responsibilities

  * Carry out multi-drop deliveries (up to 80 drops per day) to residential and business addresses

  * Load and unload parcels safely

  * Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects

  * Plan and manage delivery routes efficiently

  * Provide excellent customer service at all times

  * Complete all relevant paperwork and delivery confirmations accurately

Requirements

  * Full UK Driving Licence (Category B)

  * Minimum 6 months multi-drop experience preferred

  * Maximum of 6 penalty points (no DR, DD, IN endorsements)

  * Good knowledge of local and surrounding areas

  * Physically fit and able to handle parcels

  * Strong communication and organisational skills
